North Carolina establishes innocence review panel
With over 120 men and women released from America's death row having been exonerated, the execution of the innocent is of inceasing concern to many in the USA. Several hi-profile cases of men executed where there was serious doubt around their guilt has shaken many people's faith in the system administering capital punishment.
