Uganda - Government not ready to abolish death penalty
It is very common for governments to argue that there will be anarchy if the death penalty is abolished yet the countries that have got rid of capital punishment do not appear to suffer from chaos. New York State did not fall into chaos when it abolished the death penalty in 2004. The Philippines has not changed after abolition two months ago.....
